Exercising GDPR rights

Data subject rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, within the limits of the GDPR.

Requests must be sent to contact@5thelement.ai, the operator's official contact channel; identity may be verified in proportion to the risk.

The usual response time is one month, which may be extended under Article 12 GDPR.

A complaint may be lodged with the supervisory authority: National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.
